On Saturday 28th October a two talks were held at the Seething Observatory entitled ‘How did we get here?’.

The talk covered the ‘Classical’ Big Bang theory for the evolution of the Cosmos along with the evolution of the Earth.

Judging by the questions asked, the audience were as much interested in the aspects of why the Classical theory does not stand up to scrutiny as they were about the theory itself.

Our next Public talk on 2nd December is ‘The light of the Night’ a guide to the winter skies through a camera by renowned astrophotographer Shaun Reynolds.
