This was our third visit to Salhouse Broad on Saturday 24th February 2024, and this was our clearest sky.

The 30 visitors were able to see the Moon, the Constellation of Orion, Sirius, Betelgeuse, the Great Orion Nebula and Jupiter through our telescopes.

It is rewarding when a planned date actually coincides with clear skies so the public can enjoy close up views of the heavens.

Many thanks to Paul and Matthew for their time, and to Paul and Kelly from Salhouse Broad for arranging the event.
