The Norwich Astronomical Society celebrates its 80th Anniversary in September 2025, and to mark this event, the first talk of the astronomical season will recount the history, some of which was turbulent, of the Society.

The talk will be delivered by Andrew Sutkowski

The observatory will be open for visitors and if the skies are clear there will be telescopes to look through.

PLEASE NOTE: WE HAVE NOW LIMITED THIS TO A SINGLE PRESENTATION AT 7.30 PM.  We will not be running the 8.30 pm session.

NOTE: Members may be expected to prove their membership at check-in.
